Jason Aldean
Jason Aldean is an American country music singer and songwriter. He is currently signed to Broken Bow Records, a record label owned by BMG Rights Management. Aldean has released nine studio albums and has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for sales of over three million albums in the United States. His 2010 album, My Kinda Party, is certified quadruple-platinum by the RIAA. Eight more of his singles have reached the top 10.
Aldean was born in Macon, Georgia, in 1977, the son of Debbie and Hugh Aldean. He was raised in a small town outside of Nashville, Tennessee. Aldean began writing songs at an early age and he started performing in local clubs when he was 14 years old. After graduating from high school, he moved to Nashville to pursue a career in country music.
Aldean’s first album, self-titled Jason Aldean, was released in 2005. It debuted at number one on the Billboard Country Albums chart and was certified platinum by the RIAA. The album’s first single, “Hicktown”, peaked at number 10 on the Billboard Country Singles chart. “Amarillo Sky” and
