Country star Chris Stapleton has graduated to pavilions, and he’ll headline the Starplex Pavilion on Saturday 28th October for his All American Roadshow with Marty Stuart and Brent Cobb.
Stapleton’s latest album, From a Room: Volume 1 has already been praised by Rolling Stone, Variety and NPR, among many others.
Two years ago, Stapleton jumped into the country arena with his debut solo album, “Traveller,” which earned him a pair of Grammy Awards and a No. 1 country hit with his cover of “Tennessee Whiskey.” The album has since been certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America.
Stapleton has been recognized for altering the course of mainstream country music a bit by showing that old-school sounds reminiscent of Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard can be just as successful (if not more so) than the pop country sound that has dominated Nashville for the last several years.
